By accessing this Website, creating an account, or purchasing products from ProEx Lights, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian and agree to comply with these Terms.

You also agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations when using the Website or our products.

2. Products and Product Information

ProEx Lights sells holiday lighting, Christmas lights, wreaths, garland, seasonal decorations, accessories, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, colors, pricing, and other information displayed on the Website are accurate and current. However, errors, omissions, and inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

  • Change product information or pricing without notice.

  • Modify, replace, or discontinue products at any time.

  • Limit the quantity of products available for purchase.

  • Refuse or cancel orders when necessary.

3. Product Disclaimer

Our holiday lights, wreaths, garland, and seasonal décor may vary slightly in color, size, fullness, texture, and appearance from product photographs due to lighting, screen settings, photography conditions, and normal manufacturing and material variations.

Lights

Holiday lighting products should be used only as directed and only in areas appropriate for the product's intended use.

Customers should inspect lighting products before use and should not use products that are damaged, frayed, cracked, compromised, or otherwise appear unsafe.

Holiday lighting and décor should not be left unattended while in use and should be turned off when leaving the property or going to sleep, unless the product is specifically designed and approved for unattended operation.

Customers are responsible for following all manufacturer instructions, warnings, electrical requirements, and recommended usage guidelines.

Before reporting a lighting product as defective, customers should check common issues such as blown fuses, dead batteries, loose bulbs, or other simple causes that may prevent a product from operating properly.

Wreaths & Garland

Wreaths, garland, and other seasonal greenery may require shaping, fluffing, or adjustment after shipping, handling, or storage.

Variations in fullness, texture, branch placement, color, and overall appearance are normal and are not necessarily considered defects.

Seasonal Use

Our seasonal products are designed to be displayed for up to 90 days per season.

After the season is over, products should be properly removed and stored to help protect them from unnecessary wear and environmental exposure.

Continuous year-round operation may result in excessive wear and tear and may void the applicable warranty.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the proper installation, use, maintenance, removal, and storage of products purchased from ProEx Lights.

We are not responsible for damage, loss, or injury resulting from improper use, improper installation, modification, misuse, neglect, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, failure to follow product warnings, or use of products for purposes for which they were not designed.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability.

  • Pricing or product information errors.

  • Suspected fraud.

  • Unauthorized or illegal transactions.

  • Reseller or unauthorized distribution activity.

  • Incorrect billing or shipping information.

  • Suspected abuse of promotions or discounts.

  • Unusually large or commercial orders.

If payment has already been processed for an order that we cancel, a refund will be issued for the canceled portion of the order.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

In the event of a pricing or product information error, ProEx Lights reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund for any amount paid.

6. Payment

By providing payment information, you represent that:

  • Payment information is current and valid.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment authorization cannot be obtained.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

  • Holidays and seasonal shipping volume.

  • Supply chain disruptions.

  • Natural disasters.

  • Transportation disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply for address corrections or reshipments.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss for products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Refused Deliveries and Return-to-Sender Orders

If an order is refused upon delivery or is returned to ProEx Lights by the carrier as "Return to Sender," the order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Any remaining refundable amount will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable law.

Additional shipping charges may apply where appropriate.

If you no longer wish to receive an order that has already shipped, please contact ProEx Lights rather than refusing delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy:

  • Products must be returned in accordance with the applicable return requirements.

  • Products should generally be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our Return Policy.

  • Certain products may be non-returnable, including clearance, custom, personalized, or special-order products.

  • Warranty claims are subject to the warranty requirements and exclusions described in these Terms.

Refunds will generally be issued after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

10. ProEx Lights Warranty

ProEx Lights proudly provides a 1-Year Warranty on all products we sell, subject to the terms, limitations, exclusions, and seasonal-use requirements described below.

Warranty details may also be included in the product overview or specifications section of individual product pages. Product-specific warranty terms may apply where expressly stated.

Warranty Coverage

If a qualifying product fails within the applicable warranty period, customers may contact ProEx Lights by phone or email to begin the warranty process.

Customers may be asked to provide information about the product and the issue. We may request photographs, videos, proof of purchase, or return of the product for inspection.

If a return is required for warranty evaluation, customers should follow the instructions provided by ProEx Lights.

We will review the reported issue and determine whether the product qualifies for warranty coverage.

Before Submitting a Warranty Claim

Before reporting a product as defective, customers should check common causes of product failure, including:

  • Blown fuses.

  • Dead batteries.

  • Loose bulbs.

  • Other basic installation or connection issues.

Checking these items first may resolve the issue without requiring a warranty return.

90-Day Seasonal Use

Although ProEx Lights offers a 1-Year Warranty, our seasonal products are designed for up to 90 days of use per season.

After the season is over, seasonal products should be removed from use and properly stored.

Continuous year-round operation may result in excessive wear and tear and can void the warranty.

The warranty does not guarantee that a seasonal product will operate continuously or indefinitely, nor does the warranty reset or extend simply because the product is used during another season.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The ProEx Lights warranty does not cover products or failures resulting from:

  • Vandalism.

  • Accidents.

  • Neglect.

  • Abuse.

  • Misuse.

  • Improper installation.

  • Improper storage.

  • Acts of God.

  • Use for unintended purposes.

  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

  • Excessive or continuous year-round use.

  • Unauthorized repairs.

  • Modifications or alterations to the product.

  • Damage caused by modifications or alterations.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage resulting from use outside the product's intended application.

Any modification made to a product may void the warranty.

This includes, but is not limited to, adding or removing wires, altering electrical components, modifying connections, changing product components, or otherwise changing the product from its original configuration.

11. Installation and Use

Unless otherwise stated, ProEx Lights does not provide installation services.

Customers are solely responsible for the proper installation, use, maintenance, removal, and storage of products purchased from the Website.

Customers must follow all manufacturer installation instructions, product warnings, safety instructions, electrical requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

Where appropriate, professional installation by a qualified individual is recommended.

Customers should not modify, alter, repair, or otherwise change products unless expressly permitted by the manufacturer.

Unauthorized modifications may void the applicable warranty.

12. Electrical and Safety Responsibility

Holiday lighting and electrical products should be used only in accordance with their intended purpose and the manufacturer's instructions.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular product is appropriate for their intended location and application.

Customers should verify applicable electrical requirements, including whether products are intended for indoor or outdoor use, before installation.

Products should not be used if they are damaged or appear unsafe.

Customers should inspect products before each season and periodically during use.

Holiday lighting and seasonal décor should be turned off when leaving the property or going to sleep unless the product is specifically designed and approved for unattended operation.

ProEx Lights is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, neglect, failure to follow instructions, or use outside of the product's intended application.

13. User Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Keep login credentials confidential.

  • Maintain accurate and current account information.

  • Accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account.

  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized account access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
